Primary responsibilities as a project manager includes the review of shop drawing submittals to meet document and specification requirements, field surveys to verify existing conditions to establish a means of cost and energy savings recommendations and final inspections for compliance with national and local code requirements.

Twenty Three (23) years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager and Designer with responsibilities for complete electrical design for power and auxiliary systems distributions, lighting and communication systems design for various types of commercial, institutional and industrial projects including administration buildings, clinics and medical offices, schools, churches, retail spaces, recreational facilities, sports arenas, manufacturing facilities, hazardous locations, fuel storage and dispensing facilities, data processing spaces and communication equipment buildings.

Seven years of progressive experience as a Cad Operator and Electrical Designer. Responsiblities include complete electrical design for power and auxiliary systems distributions, lighting and communication systems design for various types of commercial/retail spaces, medical buildings and clinics, schools, religious and recreational/sports facilities, manufacturing facilities, fuel storage and dispensing facilities (hazardous locations), and “high-tech” facilities. Mr.. Russell meets and consults with outside contractors, utility companies, cities, and local fire officials during design and development stage.

Primary responsibilities are to assist management with internal accounting, provide the coordination of marketing materials and administrative support within the office.
